The Public Relations Institute honours senior members
The Public Relations Institute of Ireland today honoured two of its best known members with the award of Life Fellowship. Ita Gibney, Managing Director of Gibney Communications and Dr John Gallagher, Course Director of the Masters in Public Relations at Dublin Institute of Technology and former Press office at Aer Rianta, were presented with their Life Fellowship scrolls at the Institute’s Annual Christmas Lunch held at La Stampa, Dawson Street.
“Life Fellowship is the highest honour paid by the Institute to members” said PRII President, Barry Kenny. “It recognises an outstanding contribution to the development of the communications profession and there is no doubt that both Ita and John have made significant contributions over many years” said Kenny
